BAL4 CIGAR is a hand-crafted cigar made with some of the finest tobacco from the Dominican Republic. This cigar was made to represent all that is pristine, honourable, and luxurious in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The name “BAL4” originates from Balfour Town, the capital town on the island of Salt Cay—often referred to as “the island time forgot.”
